UI / UX / branding
Before each Digiday summit, sponsor attendees can schedule up to 10 meetings with VIP attendees of their choice. Digiday needed an application for attendees to schedule these meetings.
I designed the user interface for a prototype of this tool. Users can add meetings through their schedule or by selecting a VIP's available time slot. They can cancel a meeting by hovering over a VIP time slot in the schedule.
After selecting the meeting pass for his or her company, a sponsor attendee can edit the meeting schedule and view an alphabetically ordered list of VIP attendees and their available time slots below. VIPs are requested to provide topic interests and connect their social media accounts.
