The project
While refining the visual identity, the team improved the UX and UI for the kiosk enrollment flow at airports, account management on the website, and partner webpage. In addition, we built a mobile passport app.

Kiosk enrollment
We improved the overall user experience of the the airport kiosk enrollment flow and unified the visual design.
Membership account page
To optimize the account pages, we made it easier for users to manage or make changes to their memberships. In addition, users can now manage linked accounts and edit payment methods.
Mobile passport app
I worked on overall UX improvements and aligning the visual design.
